Antep Pistachio Dip — Premium Pistachio Spread (serves 4)

Antep pistachio dip is a premium meze using our authentic Antep pistachios with Protected Designation of Origin. Creamy, slightly sweet texture with tahini, lemon and sumac — a luxurious dip served at weddings and special occasions.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 150 g shelled Antep pistachios
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon sumac
- Salt
- Garnish: chopped pistachios, sumac, Aleppo pepper flakes, olive oil
Preparation (10 min + 20 min soak)
Step 1 — Soak pistachios (20 min)
Place pistachios in warm water for 20 minutes to soften. Drain.
Step 2 — Blend (5 min)
Add pistachios, tahini, lemon, garlic, sumac, salt and olive oil to a blender. Blend 4-5 minutes until smooth and creamy. Add 1-2 tablespoons warm water if needed for creamy consistency.
Step 3 — Serve
Spoon into a shallow bowl, sprinkle with chopped pistachios, sumac and Aleppo pepper. Drizzle olive oil. Serve immediately with warm lavash or as a starter.
