Our Turkish dried figs from Aydın region are naturally sun-dried. No sulfur preservatives (sulfur makes figs lighter — ours are naturally darker).

Naturally dried ones are dark brown-orange, soft but not sticky. Bright-orange ones are sulfur-treated for color. We offer both with clear labels.

How do I store dried fruit?
