Shipping & Payment

Do you deliver across Serbia?
Yes, we deliver across Serbia — our own fleet covers Belgrade and the surrounding area; for more distant destinations we partner with D Express and Post Express couriers.
What is the shipping cost?
Standard shipping 350 RSD, express 600 RSD. Free shipping for orders over 5,000 RSD. Belgrade has free shipping regardless of amount.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, DinaCard) via Halkbank 3D Secure, bank transfer (instructions emailed), or cash on delivery (Belgrade only).
Is 3D Secure payment safe?
Yes. We use Halkbank Serbia with Hash Version 3 encryption. Your card details never reach our servers — they are entered directly on the bank page (PCI-DSS SAQ-A standard).

Products & Quality

Are all products halal certified?
Yes. All products are imported from Turkey with valid halal certificates. The certificate is visible on each product page, and we can email a scan of the original on request.
Are the products fresh?
Yes. Fresh stock arrives from Turkey every two weeks. Our Belgrade warehouses follow strict FIFO rotation — incoming inventory typically clears within around 30 days. Shelf life varies by product and is listed on the label.
Can I order individually or only wholesale?
Both. Retail starts at 1 unit. Wholesale customers register a B2B account and receive personalized pricing based on their assortment and volume.
Do you offer Turkish-language support?

Returns & Complaints

How can I return a product?
Under Serbia's Consumer Protection Act you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason. Product must be unopened.
What if the product arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 24 hours of receipt to [email protected]. We will ship a replacement at our cost, no extra paperwork.
What if you are out of stock?
You can subscribe for "back in stock" notifications on each product page. As soon as it arrives we email you.

Wholesale (B2B)

How do I become a B2B customer?
Register your company at /b2b/registracija/ — VAT ID, registration number and contact details required. Our team approves within 24 hours.
Do you offer payment terms?
For approved B2B partners we offer up to 30-day payment terms with a signed KIP. Initial orders are prepaid until trust history is built.
Do you issue e-invoices (SEF)?
Yes. All B2B invoices go through the SEF (Sistem elektronske fakture) system. VAT is calculated at the applicable 10% or 20% rate.
